25 Days of Nanos ⭐ Almond Muffins


6 Eggs 
2 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil, melted
½ cup water
1 tsp vanilla
6 scoops nanopro
½ cup coconut flour
1 cup stevia in the raw 
2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ cup slivered almonds


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, eggs, apple cider vinegar, MCT or coconut oil, water, almond extract, and vanilla. Mix well. 
2) Add all dry ingredients except almonds. Blend into the wet mixture, scraping down the sides with a spatula. Distribute the batter evenly into lined muffin pan (12 muffins). Make sure to use foil liners so it sticks less. Sprinkle slivered almonds on top. 
3) Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Store in a sealed Tupperware container. 
4) Enjoy!
