
Fall Flavors: Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
These pancakes are fluffy, delicious, and packed with flavor. Top them with whipped cream, cinnamon, or whatever you have around the kitchen!
• 1 scoop nanopro vanilla
• ½ cup pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• ½ cup pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 2 egg whites
• ½ cup oats
• ½ cup oats
• ½ cup + 2 Tbs. water
• 3-5 packets Stevia
Combine and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Heat a nonstick pan or griddle coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Spoon about ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto griddle. Turn pancakes over when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges looked cooked. Serve warm with a smile! Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, nuts, or yogurt!
