Does Nanolean contain caffeine?
Yes, Nanolean contains about 64 mg of caffeine per serving, which is slightly less than a cup of coffee. The caffeine comes from all-natural Svetol® green coffee bean extract from Naturex.
How many times per day can I take Nanolean?
You can take Nanolean up to 3 times per day. Many people like to take Nanolean in the morning as an alternative to coffee or energy drinks. Others take it later in the day as an afternoon pick-me-up to avoid that 4pm slump.
If you are sensitive to caffeine, try taking one packet (or even half of a packet) in the morning and see how you feel before adding more servings to your daily routine.
