Chocolate Almond Cups: Made with Nanopro Chocolate
You Will Need: 12 Silicone cup molds or muffin tray and foil liners
Ingredients
½ cup Almond butter
1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil, melted
3 scoops nanopro chocolate
1/8 tsp sea salt
2-3 tbsp water
Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it becomes dough
Form into 12 small flat discs almost as wide as the silicone molds. Place aside.
Chocolate
½ cup cacao butter, melted
¾ cup cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp sea salt
8 scoops stevia extract or sweeten to taste
Melt cacao butter
Once melted, add other ingredients and mix with a whisk. Pour a very small amount of chocolate into the bottom of the silicone molds, just enough to cover the bottom. Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Take out of the freezer and place the almond discs on the chocolate pushing them flat and close to the edges. Pour remaining chocolate over the tops and put back in the freezer for 20 minutes.
ENJOY! Try not to eat them all at once ;)
