
Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice!
~ Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake ~
𝐔𝐬𝐞: 1 scoop nanopro vanilla and 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝 with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 frozen banana, ice (8-10 cubes), 3 tbs canned pumpkin purée, and 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as a mid-day treat. Yum!
~Pumpkin Pie Protein Balls~
Ingredients:
6 scoops nanopro vegan
1 cup pumpkin purée
2 tsp sea salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tsp grounded cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
½ cup oats
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into balls and refrigerate to harden. Enjoy!
